One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest

18 Jan

I know there’s a number of you reading and writing about Kesey’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest this week so I thought it a good idea to share some fun things.

Netflix is currently streaming the 1975 Milos Forman film. You can read the script here.

Check out an artist’s pictorial rendition of some of the text on the fantastic blog Picture Book Report.

Did you know that there were parts that were left out of the novel?

Here’s TvTropes dissection of the film/novel.

Last month, Vanity Fair offered up a little write-up at the novel’s 50-year anniversay.

Any other links you feel should be on this list? What do you think of the novel? The film?
